01 What Hisabifi does
Everything a trading business records, in the words the counter already uses.
Party, godown, credit and cash, receivable and payable. No accounting jargon to learn before the first sale.
Stock by godown
Every item carries quantity per warehouse. Transfers between godowns, stock adjustments with a reason, low-stock alerts and second units such as Sheet, Dz, Box and Bag.
Party khata
One ledger per customer or supplier with opening balance, every invoice, payment and return, and a statement you can print or send. Aging shows who owes you and for how long.
Payments, cheques and bank
Payment In and Payment Out against one bill or many. Cheques with clearing status, cash and bank accounts, and bank transactions in the same Day Book as your sales.
Reports that close the day
Day Book, Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, stock summary and item movement, party-wise profit, discounts and expenses. Filter by outlet, godown, category and date.
Many outlets, one company

02 A day at the counter

Setup covers installation, import of items, parties and opening balances from your current software or Excel, printer configuration and staff training. Device rates are per active device; swap a device any time. Annual is billed up front at 10 months' rate. Taxes extra where applicable.
06 Common questions
I use another POS today. Can I move without losing my data?
Yes. Export items, parties and balances from your current software, or send us an Excel sheet, and we import them. Opening balances for each party are set on the cutover date, and your books carry on from there. Old balances are kept visibly separate from new business so you can reconcile both.
Does it work when the internet is down?
The Android app keeps taking sales and payments while offline and sends them when the connection returns. The web app needs a connection, since every outlet reads the same live books.
Can each outlet see only its own sales?
Yes. Users belong to an outlet and a role. A cashier bills from their counter and godown; a manager sees their outlet's reports; the owner sees every outlet and company.
Which printers are supported?
Any A4 printer your computer already prints to, and standard ESC/POS thermal printers at 80mm or 58mm, including Bluetooth models from the Android app.
Is my data safe, and can I take it out?
Your company data is backed up every day and you can download a copy at any time. Every report exports to Excel or PDF. The data is yours.
What does the Rs 45,000 setup fee cover?
Installing Hisabifi for your business, importing items, parties and opening balances from your current software or Excel, configuring your printers, creating users for each outlet and training your staff. It is paid once; after that you pay only the monthly or annual device rate.

Setup, item and party import, printer configuration and a walkthrough for your staff are included in every plan. Support after go-live is on WhatsApp.
